Search and discovery are how nearly every traveler meets HomeToGo, and where most booking decisions are made. That happens across 30+ markets, 20+ brands, and 250M+ visits a year, so your work here reaches true global scale and real impact. 

You focus on business outcomes, not feature output. You are excited by how AI is reshaping product management, giving PMs more leverage, speed, and ownership than ever before. You know how to uncover insights yourself, prototype ideas rapidly, and turn ambiguity into shipped work. You move fast, test with real traveler behavior, and let the market, not internal debate, decide what matters.

How you’ll add value

  • Own what we build, what we kill, and what we never start in discovery, and back those calls with evidence

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science on ranking and experimentation, and turn data into product decisions

  • Track AI development and prototype ideas yourself using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, Figma Make) before a single sprint is planned

  • Make discovery adapt to intent and context, so search and ranking respond to why someone arrived, not only what they typed

  • Translate supply constraints and demand signals into a clear product thesis, with explicit trade-offs that solve real traveler problems

  • Balance traveler confidence, partner success, and long-term marketplace health

You’ll be successful in this role if you

  • Bring 10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of large, ambiguous problem spaces in Search, Discovery and Conversion within a high-volume B2C marketplace

  • Have led product where your decisions moved user outcomes and marketplace economics, and can show the impact in numbers (conversion, engagement, retention, revenue)

  • Are fluent in search, ranking and experimentation to partner with Engineering and Data Science and turn data into decisions

  • Follow AI development closely and build with AI tools yourself, adopting what works and skipping the hype

  • Move comfortably between strategy and the smallest detail, and make sharp calls with incomplete information
