Your future contribution:
Bring in your expertise and help grow the company by sourcing the next top talent. You will run our recruitment activities and driving efforts to develop and maintain a strong talent pool driving a large competitive advantage for the company.  Additionally, create an even stronger impact by bringing insight and experience from your previous experience working in a non-recruiting capacity (e.g. marketing, product, business development) and help us find high-caliber candidates.

How you’ll add value:
  • Build a diverse, robust talent pipeline for a variety of positions – from product to marketing to sales.
  • Source top candidates by conducting direct searches (e.g. on social networks), utilising online resources such as job boards, and attending relevant professional meetings and fairs.
  • Convey HomeToGo’s values to prospective candidates and develop and maintain strong relationships with applicants.
  • Work closely with department managers to build and maintain a structured hiring process for a wide range of roles.
  • Develop our recruiting and employer brand.
  • Ensure effectiveness by tracking relevant recruiting metrics on all facets of the hiring process.
  • Collate a pool of qualified candidates in advance of requirement and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
  • Have proven candidate-sourcing and relationship-building skills.
  • Have experience with phone and in-person interviews as well as candidate screening and evaluation.
  • Have a driven and charismatic personality with ample sales aptitude.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Have an authentic, professional, and sympathetic communication style.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills.
  • Have an ability to analyze recruiting metrics and act on the findings swiftly.
  • Bring insights from having previously worked in a business function outside of recruiting (e.g. product, marketing, partner).
