Your future contribution:
With your expertise, you will support us in ensuring our HR processes are solid and effective, including making sure that monthly payroll runs smoothly. With your high level of commitment and a smile on your face, you will act as the first point of contact for your colleagues and external partners and take part in various HR projects. How you’ll add value:
  • As the first point of contact for your colleagues, you will support every kind of administrative HR work from maintaining data in Personio to creating contracts and certificates, as well as handle on- and offboarding processes.
  • You will be responsible for payroll preparation and will cooperate with our external payroll provider.
  • You will support your colleagues in answering their requests around wage, tax, and social security topics.
  • You will autonomously take care of the correspondence with social insurance carriers, health insurance companies, and authorities.
  • You will support the creation and analysis of reports.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
  • Have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of studies and have professional experience in payroll accounting gained in a HR department.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of German wage, tax, and social security law.
  • Enjoy working in a team and a fast-paced environment.
  • Have very good communication skills, are empathetic, and enjoy dealing with people.
  • Are resilient, have a sense of responsibility, and the ability to advance and complete tasks.
  • Feel comfortable with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Speak and write German at a native level and have a solid command of English.
