We are a technology company based in Milan, Italy and part of the HomeToGo group. We manage two websites, and, the leading booking platform for rural tourism and vacation rentals in Italy.

Your future contribution is looking for an Account Executive to join the HomeOwners Sales Team. We are looking for a person with a strong desire to grow professionally. In this role, you will join a growing team as a salesperson with a hunter mentality, while providing exceptional client service. You must be a trusted guide and consultant, helping prospects through an often-complex evaluation and purchasing process to buy a solution that generates a big impact for their businesses. You will also have to know how to maximize the revenue per opportunity with initiatives that increase sales effectiveness and efficiency.

You are passionate about tech, the travel industry and, most importantly, hungry for results - you are eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your experience, combined with your ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, will help our team to expand our inventory in Italy, to deliver against company and department goals in one of the most competitive markets.
How you’ll add value
  • Manage a designated pipeline and lead outbound communications, including calls to our prospects
  • Answer inbound requests via email or phone in a timely manner
  • Expertly position our products, value proposition, and benefit as a brand consultant
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as aligned with your lead
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cold calling (candidates with no sales experience won't be considered, previous Saas experience in the tech/travel industry is highly valued)
  • Advanced Excel and CRM experience (Salesforce) is highly preferred.
  • Closer attitude, exceptional communication and presentation skills - must be an engaging negotiator.
  • Analytical mind and detail-oriented approach
  • Proactive team player, highly organized with proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner who can quickly understand new information; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly.
  • Recognizes own strengths and weaknesses; pursues self-development and seeks feedback.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
