About Smoobu

Smoobu (www.smoobu.com) is a fast-growing startup company operating in the vacation home rental business and a 100% company of Hometogo. Our software inspires more and more homeowners worldwide, which means that our company now serves customers in more than 130 countries. To expand our international team, we are looking for motivated colleagues who will support our diverse customers with advice and action.

Your future contribution

Bring your customer service expertise to deliver first-class support for our customers around the world. As our product grows, we will create a user experience superior to the tourism industry standard. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world.

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding service, we will build a state-of-the-art customer service department at Smoobu!

How you’ll add value
  • Provide customers with outstanding service across multiple platforms including phone and email

  • Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Contribute to our knowledge base and help centre by creating email templates and articles for future use

  • Optimize our day-to-day work by assessing and understanding the needs of customers and recommending new processes, products, or services in line with customer expectations. Your line manager has an open ear for your suggestions and opinions at all times.

You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • German is your native language and you are also fluent in English.

  • Bring experience in a service-oriented position

  • Are comfortable helping customers navigate our product.

  • Apprehension and understanding of software solutions

  • Are a natural people person with outstanding communication skills.

  • Enjoy speaking with customers, and helping them to have an outstanding vacation.

  • Come with flexibility, honesty and attention-to-detail

  • Have a talent to turn great support into sales

  • Have a positive attitude and focus on the happiness that makes you a perfect fit to support customers!
