HomeToGo is looking for an Onboarding Specialist in Austin, Texas!
The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and quality assurance testing for vacation rental Providers/Property Managers connecting to HomeToGo via our Property Management Software/Channel Management Software. In this role, you will work with various Property Managers across the United States, as well as fellow HomeToGo team members. The Onboarding Specialist will use their technical knowledge and problem solving expertise to effectively resolve any connection issues while balancing the needs of the Property Managers and HomeToGo, while seeking to craft and implement the formative processes and procedures for this department.
How you’ll add value
  • Onboard, perform quality assurance, and certify new vacation rental providers for the HomeToGo platform
  • Craft and implement departmental processes and procedures which will serve as the foundation for onboarding and both partner and customer success in the US
  • Build strong relationships with our existing HomeToGo counterparts in Europe in order to implement a cohesive and uniform onboarding system for property managers and owners
  • Resolve support tickets related to connectivity or integration
  • Partner with Account Executives and other members of the company with tasks or projects as needed
  • Manage frequently asked questions and supporting documents for our existing partnerships
  • Meet the service level agreement(s) for onboarding speed and support responsiveness and creatively suggest ways to improve these KPI's
  • Build strong business relationships with individuals from various departments within the organization in order to foster a collaborative and open environment which will contribute to the holistic strength of HomeToGo
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant function (operations, onboarding, customer success/service)
  • Seek a high impact position that will be both hands-on and strategic, in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Are interested in growing your skill set in understanding connectivity APIs and integrating new partners, troubleshooting bugs, and finding the best solution for connectivity problems of our partners
  • Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Have an interest in performance analysis as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a get-things-done mentality
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability to convey processes and results with clarity and conviction to all stakeholders
  • Are passionate about travel and contributing to a product that enhances the lives of all travelers who utilize our platform
