Your future contribution
Play a key role in HomeToGo’s ongoing success by working closely with our partners, managing their needs and identifying opportunities to ensure they thrive. In addition, you will play an active part in the travel sector’s most vibrant vertical by improving our processes and engaging with numerous internal and external stakeholders, all with a focus on improving partner performance. You will play a key role in the continued growth of an international tech company that is driven by data and performance.
How you’ll add value
  • Build long term, trust-centered relationships with our property managers by being their first point of contact for all needs
  • Monitor and optimize our partners performance by analyzing KPI data and determining areas for improvement.
  • Continually train and share knowledge with partners to empower them to achieve full utilization of the HomeToGo platform
  • Become a product evangelist when working with our partners; through your strong relationships with our Property Managers, you’ll proactively learn about their needs and gain a holistic view which allows you to recommend comprehensive strategies that ultimately maximize partner experience and results
  • Work cross-functionally within HomeToGo to ensure each stage of the partner journey provides a smooth and beneficial experience for our partners
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have prior experience in a relevant function (account management, sales, business development or similar)
  • Enjoy establishing new processes and optimizing existing ones
  • Are fluent in the German and English languages
  • Have high quality awareness and a great sense for the partner’s point of view
  • Have attention to detail and analytical skills that help you to quickly detect and resolve problems
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to align with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have a flexible mindset with the ability to handle constantly changing priorities
  • Are ambitious and hands-on with a particular receptiveness to delivery
  • Have strong knowledge of the travel, hospitality, and/or vacation rental industry
