Your future contribution

HomeToGo is seeking a Host Relations Specialist, who will be a core member of a new team helping to support its platform growth. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with a cross-functional team - consisting of product, tech, and business development - and grow together with a core team leading the function.
As HomeToGo’s Host Relations Specialist, you will be the human connection to our product to deliver effective solutions that satisfy property owners around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our partners and work on projects that aim at improving the platform experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team to drive the voice of our property-owning partners forward. 

How you’ll add value
  • The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our hosts across multiple platforms including phone and email
  • During the first month, you will: 
    • Get to know our company, our team and our product thoroughly 
    • Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role
  • Already within your first months, you will support the Host Relations team to improve our day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions. 
  • At all times, you will aim to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
  • After 6 months in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities. You will be able to participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to continually evolve our products and pave the way for your development and growth at HomeToGo.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have a true passion to provide amazing customer experiences
  • Are fluent in the following languages (any additional languages are a plus):
    • English + French OR
    • English + French + German
  • Have proven experience in Customer Service, ideally with a travel industry background
  • Are an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are comfortable with G-Suite or MS Office
  • Have experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus)
  • Are willing to work in a startup environment (and ideally have such an experience)
