Your future contribution

As a UX Researcher, you will be a valued advocate for user research and connecting it to HomeToGo’s product life cycle. You will have the chance to collaborate with HomeToGo’s team of Product Managers to prioritize and define the entire customer journey in order to improve the user experience, both on Web and App. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international and diverse team that understands the importance of research and values it.

How you’ll add value
  • The focus of this role will be to assist in B2C research initiatives, while representing the voice of the user in our emerging partner products and advocating for their interests.
  • During the first 3 months, you will learn all about HomeToGo, our products, our culture and you will get to know your teammates. 
  • From the very beginning, you will create and maintain solid relationships with all relevant stakeholders and provide them with leadership and guidance when needed.
  • Daily, you will work in a data-informed environment in dialogue with business, product and technical stakeholders to lend your qualitative perspective
  • Using your previous knowledge and new ideas, you will collaborate with the Product Design Team to improve the user experience, both on Web and App
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have prior professional experience as a UX Researcher in a product organization
  • Possess excellent communication skills 
  • Are comfortable with a variety of methods e.g. qualitative interviews, cardsorting, or surveys
  • Can demonstrate excellent moderation and facilitation skills to bring your insights to life
  • Believe firmly in the power of user centric design to solve user problems
  • Have native-level English proficiency, German is a strong plus
