HomeToGo’s award-winning Inbound Marketing team is seeking a Head of SEO (m/f/d) to lead and drive organic growth across all of our global markets and domains.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead a team of 4 SEO experts and work with a multi-functional and diverse team of Engineers, Content, PR and Data enthusiasts, to shape the next phase of organic growth. You will implement highly ambitious and innovative strategies to boost organic revenue contribution and help millions of customers book their next vacation.

You’ll have full freedom and responsibility over the global SEO strategy, hands-on ownership of complex projects from start to finish, and a fully dedicated Engineering team to implement your ideas within a company culture that strongly champions the power of SEO and organic growth.

Define and manage SEO goals and strategies across HomeToGo’s vast brand and domain portfolio and ensure continuous execution toward long-term organic growth
Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists and ensure personal growth and development
Break down complex business problems and work alongside Engineering and Design teams to execute innovative, product-led solutions and strategies that scale and contribute to team and company OKRs
Collaborate with Inbound Marketing stakeholders such as PR, Social Media and Engineering to maximize and coordinate SEO on-site and off-site efforts
Collaborate with stakeholder teams such as Paid Marketing, Content, and Product to ensure SEO best practices are maintained and implemented
Manage setting benchmarks, tracking performance metrics and maintaining budgets while ensuring growth opportunities are capitalized on in alignment with company and team goals
Stay ahead of industry trends and act as the leading in-house and industry expert on innovative SEO.
Have 5+ years of experience as an SEO leader with a proven track record of successfully delivering long-term growth results across multiple countries & domains, ideally in a large-scale B2C environment
Proven leadership experience, including an ability to lead, mentor and motivate team members, maintaining a high level of performance and an inclusive work environment
Ability to identify and separate high-impact strategies from the noise and a strong bias for action
Technical SEO proficiency, including the ability to speak developers’ language and lead large-scale projects related to internal linking, crawling and indexation optimisation
An analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex datasets into insights that drive solutions and results
Excellent communication skills and persuasive personality, enabling you to effectively work with key stakeholders, Senior Management and drive SEO success throughout the organization
Are fluent in English; fluency in German and/or additional languages is a plus
Are based in/willing to relocate to Berlin (we have a very flexible hybrid working model).
