Your future contribution

Bring your expertise to ensure we deliver a first-class Customer Service experience for travelers in the US and from abroad. As our product and market reach grows, we need to grow with it, and uphold a user experience which is superior to existing standards in the travel industry. With all the right technology in the background, we want you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions for travelers around the world.

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding service we will build a state-of-the-art Guest Relations department at HomeToGo!

How you’ll add value
  • Provide new and current vacationers with amazing customer service across multiple platforms including phone, email and live chat.

  • Resolve customer, product, and service issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Work proactively in collaboration with our partners to deliver high customer satisfaction.

  • Optimize our day-to-day work by understanding customer needs and recommending new processes, products, or services.

  • Utilize a CRM (Salesforce) to manage tickets and tasks.

  • Utilize a VOIP tool (TalkDesk) to interact with guests from around the world.

You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have native-level English language skills. Spanish language skills are a plus.

  • Bring experience in a service-oriented position.

  • Are comfortable helping customers navigate our product.

  • Have an empathetic personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Come with flexibility for customers and attention-to-detail.

  • Have a positive attitude and a strong focus on consumer happiness!
