Your future contribution
As our new Creative Design Manager, you will take ownership of all commercial digital assets and bring a creative and fresh approach to our industry. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative process behind Smoobu’s products and services. You will bring your vision and concepts to life and ensure that everything from branding to marketing materials is consistent and on-brand.
How you’ll add value
  • As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing all materials for our online and offline marketing channels, including paid marketing, social media, content marketing and email marketing.
  • You will ensure continuous creative development to improve our campaign-based creatives.
  • You will take ownership of the visual design and creative development of our website in collaboration with our content & SEO team.
  • You will create research and storyboards based on current trends and will ensure the preparation of best practice analyses.
  • You will be responsible for translating communications concepts into our performance campaigns.
  • You will develop and implement successful design strategies for the continual creation and improvement of the Smoobu brand.
  • You will further enhance and maintain the corporate design of our company.
  • Help us become the No. 1 vacation rental software player in search.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • You have already gained relevant graphic design experience. Especially with all current Adobe Creative Cloud programs (basic knowledge of prototyping tools such as Figma is a plus).
  • You have an eye for digital design, typography and colors.
  • You have experience with WordPress and Email tools.
  • Knowledge of video/motion design is a big plus.
  • You have good English skills and can communicate well with our international team.
  • You are a quick learner – creative, proactive and with a hands-on mentality.
  • You are passionate about your work and eager to learn and develop yourself.
  • You have an affinity with the B2B/Saas industry.
