Currently, our software helps hosts to manage over 70,000 properties in more than 135 countries. Smoobu’s approach is to make the rental business more profitable and efficient for our users. Your future contribution
As our new SEO Manager, you will own our SEO efforts and drive significant user and revenue growth from organic traffic sources. You'll work closely with our Content Team to build a content strategy that is SEO optimized, produce SEO ad-hoc content and optimize existing content pieces. As part of the Smoobu team, you can count on a dedicated engineering team to help you implement your technical recommendations and continuously optimize the website for SEO.

How you’ll add value
  • Plan, own and execute our global SEO strategy
  • Define and execute our SEO content marketing strategy
  • Own and optimize our website architecture, navigation, and SEO technical requirements
  • Increase Smoobu’s visibility with the focus on driving more organic traffic and qualified leads
  • Continually evaluate and refine online SEO processes, metrics, and tools
  • Create and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyses
  • Keep abreast of the newest trends, innovations, and technologies in the online advertising industry
  • Drive actionable insights from competitor, keyword, and data analysis
  • Help us become the No. 1 vacation rental software player in search.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • You have previous In-house, agency and/or freelance SEO experience.
  • You are experienced in liaising with tech teams to help implement/drive SEO projects.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a strong bias for results.
  • You make data-informed decisions but keep a pragmatic approach.
  • You have previously grown SEO traffic/revenue for your employers, with numbers to show.
  • Experience in SaaS is a plus
  • You are independent, self-motivated and proactive
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced, always-on startup environments
