HomeToGo is looking for a Junior Account Executive in Austin, Texas!

The Junior Account Executive will play a key role in HomeToGo’s continued growth throughout the United States by executing robust sales strategies which allow the company to add top-notch short term rental (STR) supply to our industry leading platform. You will work directly with the Sales Director and existing Account Executives to create a tailored experience for prospects and clients that ultimately delivers both maximum revenue for the organization and maximum value for our partners. This is a great growth opportunity for someone excited and interested to start their sales career in the vacation rental industry. 

How you’ll add value
  • Identify and close new sales opportunities within your assigned territory through email, social media, and phone prospecting

  • Manage a pipeline of inbound leads and achieve a high close rate on these accounts

  • Provide operational assistance for live industry events including tradeshows and conferences; this could include appointment setting, dissemination of documents or promotional materials, and other support for the field sales team

  • Assist with the maintenance of our CRM (Salesforce) and related systems, through data cleanup and data entry

  • Assist with onboarding Property Managers to the HomeToGo platform as needed

You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or a related role

  • Are a self-starter who is eager to develop professionally in a hands-on, dynamic environment

  • Communicate well with diverse clientele and are able to effectively build relationships through several mediums, including email, phone, video, and in-person

  • Are interested in building a sales career with a company that is at the intersection of travel and technology

  • Are a team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Are passionate about travel and want to contribute to a product that seeks to enhance the travel experience for all who utilize the HomeToGo platform

  • Are curious, have great communication skills, and are determined to succeed
