Build long-term, trusted relationships with global partners and serve as their first point of contact with HomeToGo
Lead ongoing performance reviews with clients in order to monitor performance, optimize their listings, and ensure they receive a personalized strategy that helps them achieve business objectives
Prepare and introduce innovative business development strategies, e.g. bidding campaigns
Become a product evangelist when working with our partners, always ready to find innovative solutions for an improved integration
Understand and map out the evolving online vacation rental landscape and perform competitor analysis
Collaborate with our IT, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure internal alignment regarding our partnership models as well as a tremendous partner experience
Are fluent in the German and English languages
Have at least 2 years of prior experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in the online/e-commerce space
Have experience in, and/or deep knowledge of, the travel industry
Possess excellent people and negotiation skills; you thrive in people-oriented roles that require cultivating strong professional relationships
Have prior experience managing projects from inception to delivery with a keen eye for detail
Have an analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and utilize relevant data points to deliver maximum value to HomeToGo and our partners
Are ambitious and hands-on with a particular receptiveness to delivery
