Your future contribution
As a group, we are now entering the next growth stage of continuously driving success as a leading world class operating system in the vacation rental sector. To pursue this mission, we are expanding our business to incorporate Small Partner Solutions (SPSs). Through Small Partner Solutions we develop activities and solutions for private homeowners and small businesses. This will allow us to provide additional inventory for travelers and further complement our current marketplace activities.
As our Principal Strategic Planning & Controlling SPS (Small Partner Solutions), you will be responsible for our centralized SPS strategic planning & controlling function- leading a small team of direct reports and collaborating with the finance & business teams of our SPS businesses. You will oversee and harmonize strategic & financial business planning across SPS and liaise with HomeToGo Corporate Controlling on budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Like a spider in the web, you will know how business plans and activities across our businesses come together and drive financial results.
Taking strategic planning & controlling to the next level, you will be a sparring partner to our SPS business leads helping them identify business opportunities, and, at times, support them with your team to identify key initiatives. With your collaborative, supportive approach, your analytic mindset and your strong business acumen, you will successfully collaborate with our business leads.
Lastly, you will identify synergies across our SPS business, advance our SPS business strategy together with our Director Small Partner Solutions, and ensure synergies & strategic initiatives are incorporated into our business plans and roadmaps. Driving a weekly performance management process and a monthly Objectives and Key Results (OKR) review with each of our SPS businesses, you will ultimately serve as the right hand to our Director Small Partner Solutions in identifying and driving our long-term goals.
