Your future contribution
As a Founders’ Associate, you’ll have the chance to learn and develop at a very high pace, while enabling others to succeed. With your ability to quickly learn and adapt, you will work closely with the Managing Directors and Senior Management and support them in their roles as leaders of the company. Rest assured: you will be involved in and contribute to the most relevant initiatives and projects - whatever is priority for the leaders of the company is also your priority. Whether it’s goal planning, confidential M&A transactions, immediate project support, or developing a strategy paper - you will be at the frontline of it.
